We will also ask you for the name and e-mail address of a nominee who can receive all stored documents in the event that you are unable to receive them yourself. You will be asked to provide your nominee’s name and e-mail address within a month of joining ClioCache via contact@cliocache.com. It is your responsibility to inform and obtain consent from your trusted nominee prior to sending us their details. Please refer to storage and retrieval under the terms of service document on our website.

Contact Information including your name, address, phone number, and email and basic contact details for your nominee. Order Details including payment confirmation and shipping address and account information, username, and password.

3. From Third Parties:

Physical entries are stored for the duration of your active subscription until you request their return. If your subscription becomes inactive, entries are stored for up to 6 months, after which they may be irrecoverably destroyed unless a ‘CacheOut’ is requested. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 16 unless they have parental or guardian consent. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child without parental or guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

International Transfers
